It's a small concrete yard with a set of stairs down to a lower, grassy area. There's a tall wooden fence, but from this high up you can see over it.

On the floor in the middle of the concrete there's a metal pole with a bunch of loose wires hanging from it.

A dog used to live there, but it hasn't been seen in quite some time.
